Accommodation covers a three-day, an all-inclusive (excluding alcoholic drinks) stay either in a shared or single room at the conference hotel, Palm Wings Ephesus Hotel. Those staying in a double room will be subject to blind pairing unless they have otherwise indicated a preference when registering. The conference fee for standard, student and ENAI member registration includes conference attendance to all sessions, conference pack, certificate of participation/presentation, coffee breaks, luncheons, gala dinner at the conference hotel, and publication either in the International Journal for Educational Integrity or in the Peter Lang book. The rate for accompanying people includes the aforementioned items, expect for the conference pack, certificate, presentation, and publication. Each delegate may take only one accompanying person. Early bird rates apply only if the payment is made by 31 January 2018. Please note that 90% of the fee is refundable until 1 February 2018 whereas 50% of the fee is refundable until 15 March 2018. The conference fee is not refundable after 15 March 2018. Payments must be made via either bank transfer or credit card using secure online shopping service transactions. Payment information will be available by 1 January 2018. The proforma invoice will then be available in the Authors Area of the conference website.

A limited number of ENAI Solidarity Awards (for 3 delegates) will be available for those who might be unable to participate in the conference without financial support, especially from countries that have not been represented at Plagiarism across Europe and beyond Conferences. Solidarity Awards cover the cost of registration including a three-day stay in a shared room at the conference hotel. An additional amount of €250 will also be provided for each award winner to contribute to their travel expenses. The winners will be provided with:
The conference organization committee will consider the academic merit of the candidate in addition to the financial situation in selecting Solidarity Award winners. The identities of the candidates will be kept confidential and only the names of winners will be announced publicly on the conference website. To ensure transparency in the selection of the winners, all the applicants will be emailed individually regarding their scores based on the Evaluation Rubric by January 1, 2018. Presenters of any proposal type including papers, synopses, posters, workshops, and working papers can apply for the Solidarity Awards; however, delegates without a presentation proposal cannot apply. Additionally, the participants from the 12 institutions that were involved in the establishment of the European Network for Academic Integrity as partners of the related Erasmus+ project cannot apply. Announcement of the award winners will be made by January 1, 2018. Therefore, those who wish to apply for the solidarity awards are encouraged to submit their abstracts at the first call for proposals.
