Abstracts are submitted through the conference system. The maximal length of the abstract is 1,500 characters. The abstracts are peer-reviewed. If you are asked to make some changes in the abstract, please upload the new version again to the conference system ("Authors Area" -> "My Contributions" under your current abstract, there is a text field for the new version). The new versions of abstracts will be peer-reviewed again.
When your abstract is accepted unconditionally, you can upload full paper to the Authors area. Please use this template for formatting of your paper. We provide also an an example of full paper formatted according to the template. We accept papers in DOCX, RTF or DOC format. Note that the review process is blind. Make sure that names of the authors, affiliations, acknowledgements or any other information leading to author identification has been removed! Once your paper is accepted, you will be asked to upload full paper with all these information.
You don't have to submit a whole research paper, you can have only an abstract published in the proceedings and have a presentation during the conference.

Once your abstract is accepted, you can prepare your poster. A space for your poster will be provided in the conference venue. The content of the poster will not be published in the conference proceedings and does not require review process. Only the abstract of the working papers will be reviewed and published in the proceedings. The working papers will not be reviewed and they will not be published in the conference proceedings. They will be published in a standalone document in an electronic form only which will be available on the conference website.
