Instruction for Authors

First you have to register. Then log into the Authors area. You can submit new abstract or edit abstract previously submitted.

Information about Payment

Payment information will be available in January 2017. The proforma invoice will be then available in the Authors area. The payment is via bank transfer or on the spot in cash.

Abstract

Abstracts are submitted through the conference system. The maximal length of the abstract is 1,500 characters. The abstracts are peer-reviewed. If you are asked to make some changes in the abstract, please upload the new version again to the conference system ("Authors Area" -> "My Contributions" under your current abstract, there is a text field for the new version). The new versions of abstracts will be peer-reviewed again.

Submission of research paper

When your abstract is accepted unconditionally, you can upload full paper to the Authors area. Please use this template for formatting of your paper. We provide also an an example of full paper formatted according to the template. We accept papers in DOCX, RTF or DOC format. Note that the review process is blind. Make sure that names of the authors, affiliations, acknowledgements or any other information leading to author identification has been removed! Once your paper is accepted, you will be asked to upload full paper with all these information.

Submission of synopsis

You don't have to submit a whole research paper, you can have only an abstract published in the proceedings and have a presentation during the conference.

Deadline for submission of an abstract of synopsis is January 27, 2017.

Submission of posters

Once your abstract is accepted, you can prepare your poster. A space for your poster will be provided in the conference venue. The content of the poster will not be published in the conference proceedings and does not require review process. If you have any doubts, questions or comments, do not hesitate to contact the organization team.

Deadline for the abstract submission of a poster is January 27, 2017.

Submission of workshops

Once your abstract is accepted, you can prepare your workshop. If you have any requirements on equipment, please contact the organization team. The expected length of the workshop is 90 minutes.

Submission of working papers

Only the abstract of the working papers will be reviewed and published in the proceedings. The working papers will not be reviewed and they will not be published in the conference proceedings. They will be published in a standalone document in an electronic form only which will be available on the conference website.
